Highly experienced personnel are available to acquire exemplar vehicle components from around the world and analyze them as needed.  Roof structures, for example, can be machined into various sections and test coupons.  Cross sectional analysis can be conducted, providing a complete understanding of a design's capabilities. In addition, tensile, shear, or bending tests can be run to evaluate the properties of the constituent materials of the structure.
